The Rules

1. All tickets are now $1.00 per ticket (on BOGO days you get 2 tickets for $1). There is no limit on the number of tickets that may be purchased. Ticket sales, locations, and times will be posted below as participating locations.

2. There can only be one name per ticket. Each ticket must include the following:

   * LEGAL FIRST AND LAST NAME- (No nicknames, aliases, or abbreviations)
   * Contact phone number, that includes area code
   * Card number choice

   *Each ticket must include the above information and say “TICKET” on the front, otherwise, the ticket will be invalid and another ticket will be chosen. Keep your ticket coupons, as they will be required to claim any prizes won.

3. Every Saturday the drawing will take place at 10:00pm. The locked case with the primary board might travel to different participating locations and that will be announced here if it ever moves from Railhouse. One ticket will be drawn from the tickets purchased that week. That ticket will have the chance to reveal a card on the Queen of Hearts board.

Payouts

Ticket 1: First ticket drawn will have the card number that they have chosen revealed on the board for a chance at the jackpot. If the Queen of Hearts is revealed and that person is present at a participating location they will win 80% of the jackpot as posted above and the additional 20% along with the current week's ticket sales rolls over into the next game. If that person is not present they will win 50% of the jackpot and the additional 50% and current week’s ticket sales rolls over into the next board. If the Queen of Hearts is revealed, no prizes will be given and the Jackpot will be awarded. If any Queen other than Hearts is revealed that person will receive 10% of the Jackpot or 5% if not present. If no Queens are revealed and that person is present at a participating location they will win a consolation prize of $100, or $50 if they are not present at a participating location. Our staff must be approached for photo documentation within 15 minutes of the drawing if present at a location.

PRIZE TICKETS
Ticket prizes are subject to change based on jackpot and availability.

4. The total prize pool will continue to accumulate weekly. The prize pool amount based on ticket sales, will be updated and prominently displayed.

5. The Queen of Hearts game consists of individual game boards and the winner, if present at a participating location at the time of the drawing, will receive 80% of the jackpot and the additional 20% rolls over into the next board. If they are not present at a participating location at the time of the drawing they will receive 50% of the jackpot and the additional 50% rolls over into the next board.

6. Once a card is selected, it will be removed from play and shown face up on the board. Each week after the drawing, all tickets for that week’s drawing will be destroyed. Tickets purchased for that week, will only be valid for that week’s drawing. All tickets will be tracked and verified each week.

7. The QUEEN OF HEARTS game board will be locked at all times except for the drawing.

8. Staff members employed at participating locations at the time of the current game inception are not eligible to participate in that game.

9. Payouts for prizes will be made within 2 business days of the drawing. If a payout is not collected within 5 business days the funds will remain in the jackpot.

10. All winners are responsible for any and all taxes. A 1099 will be issued.

Side Raffles

We will also hold Queen of Hearts side raffles held on Saturdays (weekly) leading up to the Queen Of Hearts drawings for hundreds in prizes. You must be present to win the side raffles and the odds of you hitting a winner are fantastic. These will be held at each of the participating locations.
