The East Market, a part of the Trolley District, has transformed the historic West Car Barn of the old “Trolley Barn” property into a modern, mixed-use destination in the heart of the Franklin Park Neighborhood in Olde Town East.

The near East Side has long been considered a “food desert”. East Market provides the neighborhood with a place to pick up their fresh meats and seafood, grocery items, a variety of prepared foods and even something for your home.
Located behind Franklin Park Conservatory, East Market offers several unique spaces for private events, a beautifully restored dining mezzanine, and free on-site parking.
